Delivery Policy

Planet Building Products delivers to all Perth metropolitan areas and most regional towns across Western Australia. We aim to provide fast, reliable, and efficient delivery services to keep your projects moving on schedule. A delivery fee is applied at the time of ordering unless you hold an approved trade account or a prior arrangement has been made with Planet Building Products management.



Customers must ensure that a complete and accurate delivery address is provided at the time of ordering. This helps prevent delays and ensures materials are delivered to the correct location without issue. While we strive to meet all scheduled delivery times, we are unable to accept liability for delays where stock is unavailable at the time of dispatch or where unforeseen circumstances affect delivery schedules. Once goods have been delivered, Planet Building Products does not accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage. Our privacy policy applies to all personal information collected during the ordering and delivery process.

Return Policy

Our return policy is designed in accordance with fair trading practices and applies to eligible products purchased from Planet Building Products.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, we may offer an exchange or refund provided that the following conditions are met:


  • Proof of purchase (official receipt or tax invoice) is provided
  • The item is returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Goods are in saleable condition with original packaging intact


Where a return is approved, a restocking fee of 15% may apply.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where a product is confirmed to be:



  • Faulty or defective
  • Not fit for its intended purpose


In some cases, items may need to be assessed by the manufacturer or their authorised service agent to determine the nature of the fault. Outcomes may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the severity of the issue.


Items that are damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or abnormal use are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Refund Processing
