    Planet Plasterboard’s refund policy is subject to terms and conditions.
    We provide our customers with a generous return policy

    Change of mind

    If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase, Planet Plasterboard may offer you an exchange or refund provided that:
    • Proof of Purchase, i.e. Official Sales Receipt/Tax Invoice is produced at the time you return the item
    • You return the item within 14 days of purchase
    • Goods are in saleable condition with all original packaging
    Where refund or exchange of goods is established, a 20% restocking fee may incur.

    Other returns

    Planet Plasterboard will provide return, exchange or repair of goods where:
    • The product is faulty
    • The product is not fit for its intended purpose
    Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer or their service agent for assessment within a reasonable period of time. Refund, exchange or repair of item is subject to level of seriousness of fault.

    Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Planet Plasterboard cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair, whether the fault is identified by Planet Plasterboard, the manufacturer or their service agent.

    Exclusions

    Please choose carefully when purchasing as returns may not be provided on the below items:
    • Non-standard stock items
    • Custom-made items

    Return tender

    Refunds will be given using your original payment method.
